Returns & Exchanges

At DESIGNME, we want you to love your hair routine; if a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only gently used or unopened products are eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
